We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms at any time, with the latest version governing your use of our services.

Limited License

When you purchase a Course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Course for personal, non-commercial use.

You may NOT:

  • Share, sell, or redistribute the Course content.
  • Modify, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the content.
  • Grant access to others under your credentials.

We reserve the right to terminate access without a refund if these terms are violated.

2. Lifetime Access Policy

“Lifetime access” means unlimited access to the Course content in return for a one-time payment, including updates where applicable. However, we reserve the right to discontinue a Course if necessary. In compliance with best practices, “lifetime” legally refers to a period of three years, after which continued access remains at our discretion. This does not guarantee ongoing instructor support or community interaction. (This does not mean that access will be revoked after three years, but we are legally obliged to set a time limit).

To be clear, the access is to the class content but not to the instructor. So for example the instructor may decide at any time to no longer provide teaching assistance or Q&A services.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Course purchases. To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of purchase. Once a refund is processed, access to the Course will be revoked.
